Delete your invoiso account
invoiso is provided by Moorio, UAB, a company registered in Lithuania. You can delete your account and your workspace yourself, in the invoiso app on Android or on the web, or ask us to do it by email. This page says how, and what happens to your data.
In the app
If you are the only person in your workspace and want your business records deleted too, delete the workspace first. Once your account is gone you can no longer open the workspace to do it.
- Delete the workspace. Sign in, open the workspace name at the bottom of the menu, choose Manage, and use Delete organization on its General tab. Only a workspace administrator can do this.
- Delete your account. Open your name at the bottom of the menu, choose Manage account, then Security, and use Delete account.
By email
Write to privacy@invoiso.com from the email address you sign in with, and say whether you also want your workspace deleted. We confirm by replying to that address before deleting anything, and we complete the request within one month.
What is deleted
- Your account, straight away: your name, email address and sign-in details, and the devices you turned notifications on for. The record of which days you used invoiso stays only as an anonymous count.
- A workspace, after 30 days: its invoices, expenses, uploaded documents and files, contacts, products, payments, bank statements, assistant conversations, notification devices and settings. Its subscription is cancelled the moment you ask. The 30 days are there so a deletion made by mistake can be undone: write to us within them and we cancel it.
What is kept
- Records in a workspace other people still use. Deleting your account does not delete their workspace. Invoices and other records you created there stay with it, including your name on them, because they are that business’s books.
- What the law requires us to keep. Records of payments for an invoiso subscription are kept by us and our payment provider for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Backups. Copies held in our hosting, database and storage providers’ backups are removed on those providers’ own schedules.
